A big thankyou to Max, the drivers and delivery people for getting my son'spacking boxes and TV safely delivered from Melbourne to Perth.

What a defreshing change, to deal with professional people, like yourselves.

At the time of phoning you, we were getting extremely frustrated and upset at other companies who don't know the meaning of customer service.

My son had organised a removal company in Melbourne (Qld based, I understand), he had been quoted on the removal and for insurance. My son left Melbourne on the 24th June. Phoning his house mates the following morning to double check his belongings HAD been picked up, he discovered that they had not been collected.

Phoning the company, he was given the run around initially to be told that the driver couldn't find the address, when they called him back they said the driver had said that no one was at home, absolutely untrue! Later the same day, someone else within the company called to say ... oops sorry we didn't charge enough for your insurance, even though they were well aware of the value of the goods. Told the manager would phone back... it didn't happen. Fortunately (for them) they refunded my son's account in full.

After phoning around a few of the "Big Boys" in Perth and not getting much of a response, as we needed to get things here asap (he is going overseas next week), most of them said that his goods would be in storage for up to two weeks before they could get them to Perth.

Then I phoned Miller's Moves and spoke to Max... how easy, he gave me a quote, took the details, answered my questions, promised delivery the folowing week, and the whole weight of the world was off our shoulders. The things were collected and today they ere delivered, everything in sound condition.

Thanks once again, you have no idea what a relief it was to deal with someone who was confident and professional, I will not hesitate to pass on your name to anyone who needs a removalist, you restored our faith in you industry.
