Q: Do I have to Do Anything To My Appliances To Prepare For The Move?

Q: Do You Provide Packing Boxes?

A: Yes we do!
Along with packaging materials and supplies.

Q: Can You Move My plants?

A: Yes we can!
However on interstate removals it is not advisable for plants that require constant moisture to be transported . We are unable to open our containers in order to water them.
It should also be noted that each state has its own quarantine restrictions and some plants are prohibited to be transported between states.

Q: Can You Pack My Boxes For Me?

A: Yes we can!
We have a professional packing team who will come in and pack up your home, leaving you to get on with the more important things.
We can supply all packaging boxes and materials if required as well. We’ll even unpack for you at your destination.

Q: Do I Need Insurance?

A: Millers Moves take every care and precaution in the handling and transportation of your goods. In the unfortunate event pertaining to collision, flood, pilferage, fire or theft, your goods are covered up to a specified value.

This coverage is not ‘Transit Insurance” that pertains to damage sustained whilst in transit.

While our experienced removalist team take every care and protect your goods with quality grade wraps, blankets and covers, unexpected events beyond our control can occur. We suggest you consult a qualified and licensed insurance agent in regards to your transit insurance, protection or indemnity.

Q: How Long before I get My Quote?

A: Once you’ve completed our online quote form, a Millers Moves team member will be in contact with you, via your chosen means of contact, within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow extra time if form is to be submitted on a weekend.
